We use infrared temperature readers to track all the refrigerated trailers to ensure they arrive at the destination at the proper temperature. We also document the temperature of both items and the inside of the vehicle before recording this information on the consignment note.

Then, we promptly unload and transfer the goods into our freezers or cool rooms until they are ready for transport. Our team ensures that the refrigerated vehicles are checked regularly to confirm the optimal performance of the fridge units are performing optimally.

The final temperature check is recorded before the vehicles leave the depot, and temperatures are monitored every two hours during transit or at each delivery point to maintain consistent quality.
